Eh, no, dying once resets your loot and hand only; no going back to level 1. Otherwise, it would've been- nah, it wouldn't've made much difference that time DX

It does, usually. But that time was absolutely awful. I screwed other two players, and we all were thieves. And dammit, I've been mostly support, my hands were full of that shit that could send monsters to other players, but I didn't have any cards with monsters. And my weapons were cursed/stolen almost immediately.
Eh, well, I did the most damage to other players anyway, though. One guy needed to run away from the freaking plant because of me. But it was the biggest waste of my time. Ugh.

Yup. We did invite one girl once to make the game more interesting, by the way. She did play pretty well, had all sorts of loot on her hands. And thieves couldn't harm her in any way. Mein gott, was it a pity that she couldn't play with us to the end. She had the lowest level, though, but we were busy biting our nails looking at her loot. A funny game, it was. Need to invite her next time we'd want to play Munchkin. And some other people from my dorm, probably.

Do you play with the house rule that dying sends you back to level 1? We had to implement that rule to lengthen games. Else it's much more efficient to race to level 10 than to hold onto the cards that can screw your opponents.

anyways try going to a bookstore that uses LIBRI as their merchant and order it; LIBRI usually has american books there so you dotn need to wait and pay extra for import. thats how i got my Spice & Wolf Volumes, too.
