As before, here's my overall emotional state in four haiku.

Bare branches draw my
Eyes upward; so many paths
Seem to open up

Soft green leaves bask in
The sun; determination
Renewed yet again

Fruit begins forming
In the heat; a bounteous
Harvest is ahead

Leaves change color once
Again; what other changes wait
Beyond the horizon?

Well, I'm finally using this thing. I'm going to use it mainly for writing Haiku based on my current experience. My Haiku will be more traditional in their overall structure: using a seasonal word, having a break in the middle of the Haiku, and subtly leaving something betwixt the two halves that are broken. I will also do them in sets of four based on the four seasons. Let's do this.

The post-solstice sun
Rises; white is the hue of
Sheer desolation
