I am slowly making progress in my eventual transition. I sadly won't be able to get on HRT until years from now. I'll need to get through college and gain financial independence before I can realistically start that without too many major repercussions.

Ideally I'll also be living in a different state by this time. I can't change the fact that most of my family will shun me when I do eventually come out, hence the desire to move somewhere else, along with safety reasons.

I'm coming out as a trans woman online. A bit difficult to word it better for me sadly. This may be a surprise to any of you who don't know me on Twitter, but on that site it's seemed easy to guess for a while now I'd say. Jjst thought I'd letit be known on the site I still occasionally use.

Sadly won't be able to transition at any point in the near future but that's life.

They said the rain would last a week and it's now going on 2. No signs of stopping. And apparently a tropical storm possibly going into the Gulf of Mexico which is always a worry for here. Though we haven't had a hurricane in 8 years so hopefully that trend continues. Surely the sun will shine again one day orz

I don't think I've ever seen and heard as much rain in such a span of time as I have tonight with the possible exception of that one time I slept through a hurricane. Which is an accomplishment given how often we flood. This is apparently the same storm that just passed over Louisiana and actually killed a few people. Hopefully it isn't quite that bad here.

Also wasn't expecting so much lightning. I've seen and heard at least 20 lightning strikes in the last 15 minutes or so and 7 of ...
