Anyone who pays any attention to Badass Versus, or the Questions thread or really just about thread derail I take part in has probably noticed this tendency of mine to pick the side that advantages Gilgamesh the most.

Since Tobias recently took to calling me "Gil's Dartz", I figured I might as well explain why I do that.

Surprisingly, it's not actually because I like Gilgamesh (though I do).

It's because it's good for Fate/Stay Night as a story that ...

Because the Blazblue wiki has a dumb translation of it. (Hey, let's take an already confusing song full of multiple meanings, and put it into Not Actually Old English. Surely that won't make it even more pointlessly incomprehensible!)
I'm the one posting this, but really Reiu did the vast majority of the work (thanks again) because my already limited capabilities collapse before old-fashioned Japanese.

While I try to work up my motivation to finally finish the story, I figured I might as well use this to order my thoughts since it's here.

I've never really written a story longer than...two pages or so, so the prospect of finishing one is new to me.
