I got samples of chocolate made in Kazakhstan from the girls, as well as a miniature wooden bakalaika. Nothing grandiose.

With four female transfer students with Kazakhstan, today. And tomorrow I'm taking them to a nice place. That is all.

Bumping my blog just to gloat my first chapter of my MA thesis got reviewed by my supervisor and it was ranked A. I should keep it up and chances of becoming Ph.D student will be much higher. I already meet minimal requirements.

We topped Russia and Belarus when it comes to prisoners to non-prisoners ratio, and we are the first in Europe. Ironically, our Communist regime was less repressive, and if all sentences here were enforced, we would be second only to USA. Sasuga Poland

Recently they tried to jail mentally retarted dude who ate sweets worth 1 zloty in a market, and when the prison chief mercifully released him, they now try to prosecute the chief for breaking procedures.

Minutes ago, Michał Bródka scored an olympic gold for us, jumping unexpectedly from 4th position to 1st in speed skating competition. Our other gold winners are Kamil Stoch in ski jumping and Justyna Kowalczyk in ski running.

Justyna Kowalczyk is especially worth notice since she broke her damn feet in the process and still won the gold, and one upped that testosterone poisoned gorilla called Marit Bjorgen, who takes performance boosting drugs under excuse of asthma. Our Justyna ...
