    Making more progress, and even with the distraction that is Hallowe'en, I think I can have the chapter out on time, this time. If not - well, my workplace is closing for a week, so I'll have lots of time to work on it.

  3. fortissimo//Wiederbelebung der Seele English Translations Part 1

    The official fortissimo//Wiederbelebung der Seele English Translation Project is a go. Finally bought the Dragon Magazines that contained all three chapters of the fortissimo Light Novel, so let's see what it has in store for us. It's not an exact translation, but I hope it is close to it enough. Some things I will change from the original text to make things flow better. I will be updating this whenever I have free time translating it.

  4. GO hate

    I mean I don't play it and I don't even keep up with what's going on with it at all, but whenever I go around the forums a lot of times I see people calling GO trash and just generally hating on it. Is the game really that bad?
  5. Power and Carelessness

    Something I wanted to write a bit about that bothers me a fair bit when I read fiction (mostly more fantasy-heavy stories, for reasons that's soon be obvious) is the absurdly powerful character who's wracked with insecurity or acts just as nervous as everyone else.

    Before going into why it bothers me, let's clarify what type of character I'm talking about because someone could (rightly) point out "obviously there are cases where power doesn't equal confidence".
