So I should be writing right now. Really, I should. I have all of my messengers off, Dragonforce is playing on Pandora, but yet I'm having trouble. It's not writer's block persay, but this story I'm working on. It's a fantasy story. And Fantasy as in Sword and Sorcery and not of the Urban variety with vampires and guns. This isn't my genre. Which isn't an excuse, but I've already had to scratch the first beginning and try it again. Just for some reason this story ...

In my notes for each story, I have an entry dubbed "Tagline" - basically, what would I put on the back of a book to entice a reader? How do I boil down the essence of my intended tale into a simple statement? I'm finding that it makes maintaining the tone of a novel easier, to a degree, ...
