Affixing these pseudo-blades to a stocking wasn't working out. Between the stretch of the stocking and the adhesive not having enough to stick to, plan A didn't work out. Plan B, which was to just stick the blades in the gap between a strip of the shroud fabric didn't work either: it just flops beneath one end the moment I move my arm.
