This video is a month old and my teacher showed us this in class this morning. I thought it was pretty funny.

At first, I wanted to post something full of meaning and insight. Something actually worth a modicum of conversation among the community I hang out with. To reclaim some sense of, I don't know, purpose maybe?

Now every time I try to watch or read something I end up sitting there wondering what kind of message it's trying to send, and whether or not it challenges stereotypes or enforces them. No seriously, I watched Rizzoli & Isles last week and then spent the day after trying to figure out if the show enforces or challenges female stereotypes.

Oh man, I should totally do a rewatch of some of my old favorite classic series (here's looking at you, Utena). That would be a lot of fun to ...
