I downloaded a copy of 1984 a while back and finally got around to reading it.

Turns out someone went through and replaced all instances of "Big Brother" with "Onii-chan"

I'm not even mad. Hell, I'll read through the whole thing like this.

Anyways, today was another day of good coincidences.
We went to Yokohama, which was shiny and sunny and breezy and the pinnacle of beautiful weather.

So I went on vacation to Japan with a friend.

We're currently staying in Tokyo.

Day 1:
Not much happened here. We waited in line 1.5 hours for a ramen shop that Kuroyuki recommended.



There were chunks of fat floating in the soup that made me feel extremely unhealthy. But there's definitely a difference between this and home fare.
