People who start fics and then don't finish them are the WORST people. I think the special hell needs to be expanded to include people who don't finish their work. It would be soooooo much better if you just never posted anything at all.*deep breath*There. I said it! I feel better now.

I'm a bit confused on this matter so I'd just like to clarify. Who owns the rights to Japanese music/anime OSTs, and how would one go about trying to acquire rights to use aforementioned music legally in a production? Kind of like how (I presume) American movies sometimes take songs (that were not composed for the sake of the movie) and insert them in during runtime.
