Fuck it. May the damned thing go to hell and be tortured forever. It still works, but THAT and shit are the same.

The volume, directional buttons and selecting buttons are broken, they only work whenever they fucking want. I take 15 minutes to just chose a music because it keeps selecting the wrong one. I can't acess the main menu normally so when I try to change the track I have to turn it off (the ONLY button what works!). The volume buttons also keep changing the volume to the minimum (0, which means NO SOUNDS and max, which means RAPING MY EARS WITH REALLY LOUD MUSIC).

I mean, what the fuck? My 8GB MP4 that is not even a year old and is made by a well-known company broke after less than a year while my old 2GB MP4 from the scummiest company ever lasted for four years?!

    It could be the contacts, maybe it can be opened up and cleaned, or you could apply a warranty on it. I personally hate the touchscreens more than buttons because that is just one damn big button and it has to be changed completely, and what is the most expensive part on a touchscreen phone... Anyway I wish you luck.

    Warranty is only for six months so it's over. I tried opening it and the button is glued to the MP4's 'motherboard' meaning I can't clean it unless I rape the thing and pull out the buttons.

    Well that's bad, that could be the cause the glue somehow crystilizing into the button itself... I dunno then.

    2 years and it's still in perfect condition, not even scratched. Whilst I'm abusing every possible function everyday (music, apps, images, video). 8GB shouldn't be that expensive, too. (I think it's $200 or something)

    It's not that often though that well-known company products are lower quality than others.
