Actually it seems like having no interest in Star Trek or Star Wars would make you more likely to get a girl, not less.

Oh god first contact. Me and my siblings used to switch between that and Transformers the Movie at the video rental place so much that they eventually just GAVE both of them to us.

Either you got the best internet speeds known to man (highly doubtful, you're on the US) or that movie is 300 megs and has enough video artifacts on it to cause epilepsy.
