Random Thoughts on Dubbing and VA Choices

The other day I was musing to myself (these things happen) on the possibility of the Fate/Zero anime becoming licensed. This lead to the thought of it, hopefully, receiving a dub, and who the optimal voice cast would be.
My pipedream would be Steven Blum voicing Kiritsugu to further the Spike Spiegel references, though that depends on whether or not it is decided that Kirk Thornton will be reprising his role. The latter has a good likelihood of happening, but if that does happen I would be pretty much okay with it. Kotomine would still be voiced by Jaimeson Pierce because of obvious reasons. Kate Higgins would be reprising her role as Saber because she did a good job back in the original F/SN anime.
...I am ashamed to admit that I haven't given much thought to anyone else. I guess I could go for Waver as done by Spike Spencer if only for the joke potential and I can see Michelle Ruff doing a pretty good Irisviel, actually.
One thing led to another, and then I thought about the To Aru series, which was greenlighted for a license by none other than Funimation. A show like To Aru needs an especially talented cast to hold itself well, considering the loads and loads of characters who play numerous roles within it, and this goes doubly so for the main characters. I'd love to hear Crispin Freeman voicing Stiyl Magnus. There's something I could go for. Kate Higgins would also do well as either Kanzaki or Laura, though I personally would cast her as Kanzaki. Misaka would be...Laura Bailey? Sure. Let's go for that. Oh, and I'm hoping Hilary Haag could pull off a good Index.
Touma and Accelerator are the trickiest ones. I liked his role as Soul in Soul Eater, so for Accelerator I'd go for Micah Solusod. Touma...still undecided, but if I had to choose then Yuri Lowenthal would be the best for this role.
