That's actually a good question. It's a way of thinking, I guess. It's a bit hard to explain but when I type or speak English I just start thinking in English. Dunno if it's comprehensible at all.

Well, I don't really know if it's any different than abroad. There are some who act like that but that wouldn't be even close to a majority.
