I've finished all my Christmas shopping (yay!). I work all weekend (boo!). I've made progress on both stories (yay!). I don't know which one will be done first (boo!) . . .

And around and around we go. And the two glasses of rum aren't helping at all - mainly because I don't remember this brand being this strong . . .

    Yep - I bought a bottle as a prop for a pirate-themed RPG I was running, years ago, and it became my drink of choice. My preference is for "Sailor Jerry's Spiced Navy Rum" - it's 92-proof.

    Well... no wonder.

    Still, now that I'm curious, do you want to participate in an RPG at some point in the future? How likely would you be available to participate? What format would you rather we do?

    It's tempting - I do miss role-playing - but I've not had the best experiences with computer-based RPGs like you're suggesting. I'm not sure either of us would enjoy the results.

    Would that still pose a problem? If so... why?

    You taste of good on rum. Next time you try Captain Morgan Black Spiced, because of better than Sailor Jerry. And of 94 proof. And you mix for that inside pimento dram and inside bitters.

    Actually, I've been enjoying the good captain's Silver Rum - I find it's somewhat easier on my stomach (doesn't set off my acid reflux quite so easily), so I can drink more of it at one time.

    Sailor Jerry's is good stuff, especially mixed with Coke.

    Man, I tried some of Wild Turkey's Honey Whiskey on Thanksgiving . . . holy shit that was good.
