20. Alluring Lunar Dance/Moonlight Sword Dance: "Shamshir"

A scimitar (Curved Blade) teigu that holds the ability to create vacuum waves. Its trump card is that its performance varies depending on the lunar month.

Additional Notes: So if you were to fight this guy in a full moon, you are screwed. In other words, There's a Sun, No Moon, Crescent, Half and Full Moon version of this Teigu's Gales. I wonder how big and how deadly the teigu is in a full moon? Can it make a huge tornado that goes like more than 50 Mph?

21. Earth Shaker/Great Tremor: "Heavy Pressure"
A mic-type teigu. Using this as a medium, one's voice can be converted to ultrasonic waves that pulverize their target.

Additional Notes: This teigu can also shatter your bones and break it in half. I wonder what would happen if you give this Teigu to a bad singer or someone like Nero/CCC Lancer from Fate/Extra. I also wonder how far the Teigu can hit? I also wonder if you use earplugs or anything that can block out sound and see if it's unaffected or not. The sound pressure kinda of reminded me of Hecatoncheires' roar during Mein's, Schere's and Seiryuu's battle.

22. Ace Solution: "Major Leaguer/Die Leaguer"
A teigu that comes in the form of 6 spheres. Each one having been imbued with a different attribute that's invoked once thrown.

Additional Notes: Major Leaguer? LOLOLOL Give this Teigu to a pro baseball player. That would be scary. 3 out of the 6 spheres were described in this Teigu.

"Storm Jewel": Creates a tornado/whirlwind.
"Explosive Jewel": Creates an explosion.
"Blaze Jewel": Burns the victim completely to the skeleton.

The other 3 Jewels are unknown at the moment.

23. Dimensional Formation: "Shambhala"
A pendant teigu that creates spatial manipulation. Its user is granted the ability to teleport people and objects over large distances, using markers placed at the target of the teleportation. However, Shambhala requires a lot of energy to use, requiring the user to rest before using it again. (Thanks Akame Wiki)

Additional Notes: It's a very nice teigu if you want to travel as long as you have a lot of energy that you don't use it consectively and you have knowledge on how to use it that if used wrong, you might teleport to the wrong place.

24. Blood Collection: "Absordex"
An offensive-type Teigu. It takes the shape of teeth or fangs which the owner uses to bite enemies in order to kill them. (Thanks Akame Wiki)

Additional Notes: You become a Vampire (kinda of). It reminded me of Slayer's battle intro from Guilty Gear when he drained his wife's blood until she was mummified. It didn't mummify Tatsumi as Dorothea enjoyed his blood for some reason unlike her other victims.
