Me playing the piano.

I figure I should blog this since this video won't be here without the assistance of mew. (If this even count as a valid blog that is, do warn me if it wasn't)
Anyway, I'm a very amateur pianist so don't expect anything wow from me.

Critics and inputs are always welcome by the way.

    Glad that you saw it mew :3.

    About that part, my pianist friend told me that it's supposed to be like that. He said that our mind deliberately imagine notes that have a natural ending tone. As a matter of fact, the music itself doesn't contain such a tone. I guess it's something like an audio illusion or something.

    Well his ears are better than mine so I just went along with that.

    Well I want to be better at this.

    I record the video with my phone and done the editing and syncing with Sony Vegas.

    For the audio, I just plugged a midi cable into my piano and used a vst to record the piano sound, which you can see on my laptop there .

    I should try playing some Tsukihime pieces. Too bad I'm so slow at transcription...

    A few things:
    Try to keep your right wrist up instead of letting it bob all over the place with each note (you can't do that with faster pieces). The left wrist looks much better.
    The two quartets of 16th notes sound a little rushed.
    How long have you been playing piano? Maybe I can ask you for some tips too ;w;

    Hmm.... guess that makes more sense than recording real audio ^^;

    More Tsukihime transcription is always good man.

    Thanks for the tips . yeah I've been told about my right wrist a lot lol, I'm still trying to improve it.
    yeah the two quartets one are a bit rushed, I guess I did those a tad too fast.
    I think I've been playing the piano for a little more than 2 years. Not too credible, but feel free to message me if you want to talk about piano.

    Well you can record real audio but I think you need special equipments like a microphone for the best quality .
