Apparently, all the Heaven Servants have Divinity. In fact, the only Servants with Divinity that aren't Heaven seems to be Medusa, who has an E- Divinity in the Earth category and Alexander with an E rank Divinity in the Human category.

Maybe being arguably the best composer of all time and one of the most known examples of human brilliancy made him go from the Human to the Star category.

But mind you, DW's grasp of english (particularly translated Nasu) looks fairly shaky.
NPs are called Treasure Device in most code and data (not all, though). I wouldn't be surprised if they're dictionary-translating the stuff for the sake of avoiding having to code in japanese (which can lead to Super Fun debugging).
