On the Final Day of the Fall Semester, Someone Gave to Me a Bomb Threat across from Campus

So apparently there was a mysterious package dropped off at the post office across from campus. A package which had all the signs of a bomb threat, and the police, thankfully, acted on that information ASAP.
I was one of several students and faculty at the student center who had to head to the campus arena due to a very, very confused lockdown. It wasn't fun.
My imagination is rather vivid and that didn't help me calm down.
I'm back home safe and sound, now, though.

    glad to hear you are ok mate. I know how touchy these days are. we actually had shots fired at my campus the other day. Luckily enough, it was the day after I just had my classes

    And dang, that's almost worse. I had just finished my final final of the semester and went to the student center to treat myself to a snack (or more breakfast). Finished that and was going to take the shuttle when I was told "we're on lockdown and can only go to the arena".

    Times're scary.

    This certainly makes the semi-frequent robberies and assaults near my campus seem small by comparison.

    There was actually a bomb, or at least an explosive to be worried about, yep.
    Yeah IRUn, I never really considered the possibility of a bomb threat anywhere near where I'm at. As a friend who has grown up around the area put it "what sort of bomber would actually want to bomb the armpit of TN?" :|
