I will be doing another Fate/Stay Night panel at Acen in Illinois this year from 11-1230 on Saturday, this time focusing on the Arthurian side of the canon and discussing how the Fate versions of these characters stack up to their literary counterparts. For the panel, I read a hell of a ton of Arthurian stuff, including the entirety of the Death of Arthur rendered in modern English, and it should be a fun experience all around. Other topics include disecting what sources Nasu himself possibly used when building Artoria, and why Mordred did nothing wrong.

Sadly, I won't be cosplaying as anyone from the nasuverse this year but rather will be dressed as Yukari Yakumo, as Touhou has become my second fandom full of tons of power level wank and other useless information.

    Nice! I still have a Caster Morgan on the backburner and sources Polly pointed me toward. Hm, there's also my liking of the Questing Beast...
    Either way, congrats on another con panel! And Yakumo is p great, though I prefer Patchi. :'3c

    I want Caster Morgan to be In FGO so badly just so she can interact with Mordred and the whole fucked up family could be reunited.

    Patchi is good to, I almost chose her for my cosplay, but Yakumo called to me and I had to go for it.

    Same! Though I'm mostly curious how they'd portray her personality and motivation for the Nasuverse setting. I haven't had a chance to read Mordred's commentary on her from GO or Apocrypha. ;w;

    All I know is that in Apocrypha she mentions that Semiramis was a woman similar to her mother, which I guess means she is a backstabbing, treasonous bitch.

    In GO, she isn't mentioned as far as I know -I'm lucky enough to have Mordred-

    Questing Beast gets a mention in Fragments.
    Apparently it's similar to Hyde.
