I haven't done one of these in almost six months - how time flies . . .

So, today I tried golf. Actual, non-miniature, complete-with-sand-and-water-hazards golf. Judging by the aches and pains I've acquired doing nine measly holes, not to mention the way my wrists ache with every missed stroke, I think I'm safer sticking to mini-golf . . . But, on the other hand, it was a nice bonding experience with my dad - and we don't get too many of those. Maybe it's worth a little aggravation?

. . . On second thought, make that a lot of aggravation, given that his stroke count was anywhere from half to a third of mine - and he hasn't golfed in almost twenty-five years.
