No, because it's not my warning, and does not in any way affect me. If he has an issue with it, he can make his own blog, and maybe I'd support him (depends what he got warned for...).

The reason I made the last blog was not because I wanted Techlology to get warned, but because it was clearly inconsistent with what happened to me, and I wanted to know why.

DP's answer is very illuminating, to be honest, because it makes the fact that they're being biased explicit. Hopefully, Altima and Elf will not see it the same way DP does.... I think he's putting too much emphasis on "doing what you're told" as opposed to "not being disruptive/constantly trying to wind people up" but, even ignoring that, skipping the unofficial warning stage when everyone else gets that chance for similar offenses is just not fair, even if I do often continue the argument after being told.

Further, it's not always obvious that arguments should even be stopped until the mods come in, so to immediately warn me for such things is, again, unfair. It means I have no idea when my argument is going to get me into trouble.

There is 80% truth here, but also a lack in some areas.
Aside from that, there is the unofficial thing and the Elf thing.

As I said in my replies, you and Trev actually did both get the unofficial warn, so your argument is moot.

Unofficial warns usually happen when arguments have started getting heated, but not quite over the line yet. The second it begins getting derogatory and hostile to the other person (like calling Trev an asshole), the "unofficial warning" is pretty much pointless at that point.

Furthermore, they're not a part of the actual warning system - they never have been. That's something the mods are doing on their own because they don't want to hand out warnings for every little thing. There is no "step being skipped," this is just something nice they're doing to try to prevent warnings from being given out.

No, we didn't. Or, rather, we did, but then Hymn handed me an official warning as well, despite the argument stopping there.

And, if calling Trev an "asshole" is worth an official warning outright without anyone being told to stop, then why is calling Lyco a "cunt" not?
