Halfway through Tsukihime

I just finished Ciel's story. Her H scene was... lol. >.<
The alternate ending with Ciel and Arcueid was just too damn cheesy.

I guess Akiha is next. I'm not sure how I feel about the whole incest thing, but I guess I'll see how that works out in the end. Then It'll be the maids. I'm not sure how I feel about them, either. I'm kind of getting a Sakura vibe, but I'm not sure from which one.

    You're a sharp one. Keep throwing up a blog with your thoughts as you plow through the Far Side routes. I always enjoy seeing the thoughts of a new reader going through Tsuki, especially one without spoilers in mind.

    Ok.. Is this something everyone does? I don't want to bore people if it's getting repetative.

    Also, I thought I was halfway done, but now I'm uncertain. Do the maids both have their own seperate routes or is it just "pick your favorite" at the end of a single maid route?

    Nah, not many actually do it route-by-route. I've just got two friends who did it with me, and I enjoyed their reactions.

    Also, the maids are separate routes.

    Have fun with the Far Side routes. I didn't dig the incest part of Shiki/Akiha either, but Akiha herself is pretty cool, and I like both maids, so I'm hoping you'll at least enjoy the characters and the arcs they produce. Even if the Hisui route plods along slower than both Near Side routes combined.

    Suppress Roa in Ciel's Ass! Yeah, Ciel was the weakest of the routes for sure.

    As for Akiha... I think what happens in that route - and the revelations therein - will probably change your tune a bit. But definitely do tell us your thoughts. It wound up being my favorite route, and I definitely had a new opinion of Akiha after I went through it compared to before.

    I'd actually argue the Far-Sides build the story more than the Near-Sides do, by far.

    Akiha is awesome, IMO the best heroine, it helps that her route is awesome too.

    Hisui's is the best route though.

    Unless you did Ciel's first, then you realize Arc's was actually the worst.

    Glad I'm not the only one who dislikes Ciel's harem ending. And I'll second Pulse's statement, Akiha's route made me like her alot more. Though the same goes for the maid's routes as well. Kohaku is my favorite overall. She is the best tsuki girl :3.
