Official measured temperature is almost always lower than the temperature you see on street thermometers; for one thing, they are protected from direct sunlight incidence(they also are located in grassy areas, IIRC). Last December we had the highest official temperature ever since the official measurements started... in 1916. Official temperature 43.7°C, thermal sensation up to 55°C. I fear this summer will be as hellish as the last one was.
The coldest i've lived through was about... Dunno, i think around -25° up in the mountains or so

People on the other side of the world and their upside-down seasons
Enhance, the max temperature was 41,8Cº and the max thermal sensation was around 50º, there was almost no wind at all and when the wind blew it felt just like Hell's doors just opened. It was so freaking hot that a hail started. The temperature inside the car is right.
