    No problem.

True friends are the ones who will help you when you least expect it and most need it.

I admittedly keep my circle of friends small - lots of casual friends, but few who really know me (enough to count on one hand, I'd say), and I prefer to keep it that way. Besides, by nature I seem to be perfectly content with generally being left to my own devices. I'm social when it's called for, but on the whole, I would much rather have a quiet room to myself. Not quite introverted; I simply don't feel the need to go out like that; to me, hours of pointless bullshit and chatter are useless. I'd much rather talk with people who have the same interests I do - then I might talk for hours. The problem is, admittedly, that I have rather selective interests, but anyway, I digress.

That said, what he did was an absolutely dick thing to do. People who powertrip like that are some of the worst people around. Even if you recovered everything, though, it still wouldn't feel the same; being the same is impossible without him there, and even if he were there, the way you now feel about him would make it impossible.

Therefore, the best thing to do is soldier on, tough as that is. In time, new memories will replace the ones you have lost, and soon enough this guy will be just a name and an emotion - if he is anything at all.

Fake Friends are a issue I always dealed with until High school.

There, I finally found True Friends. And BL has become a place I can feel comfortable as well.

I'm sorry I wasn't here to post about it, Guy.
