I always do card at for in most people at job. But I don't put Christmas on card to now know if offend. Only put on there of happy holiday season. Everyone appreciate. But I only giving this at boss and direct of teammate, not at then them two level ahead

Your manager/senior execs don't want your Christmas cards unless you could call them a mentor or the like in which case yeah give.

Know what just generalize that, unless you have a pretty close professional relationship or you're friends outside of work, don't give them a card.
