It lead me to actually buy malwarebytes live protection, even though I have the Symantec (norton)'s corporate edition security program.

Yeah, I had something like that a week or so ago, I had to reinstall windows to get rid of it, and even then it's hard to find and disinfect all the files (deleting them isn't really an option...). Avast seems to do a good job of it, though, although it couldn't deal with the HTML files that got infected (even though I can actually fix them manually).

Even Malwarebytes? Shit man, that's some tough luck.

Hope you nuke that laptop and get it fixed.

I can't stand nightclubs. I actually tend to like the music they play, except there is always some fucking subwoofer killing my eardrums. That and I always feel like I don't belong, for some reason. I can drink till I can't stand, but if it's a club I still can't relax. I always feel like I am one bad tip or bored bouncer away from getting chucked out and told to not come back.
