There was an accident last Friday with a small convoy of foreign students we took up to Seattle, bad weather (which sounds stupid considering what happened to the East Coast, but still), and a couple of kids ended up in the hospital. Police had questions and have been talking to the students involved because some of them were not wearing seat belts, but as a lot of them struggle with English, there's been some communications problems.

I had a short job opportunity that has kept me away from my home computer most of the past week and I am right now posting this from my netbook at a friend's house while we do our weekly D&D session. Trying to figure out how to incorporate various parts of the Association with this whole grail dismantle war thingy, I kept looking at Lorelei's design and wondering if I should include her in the story. Bad thing about my college town: the majority of students come from the west side of the state, which has a vastly different climate and ecology and travelers and all sorts of stuff, so when school starts they all bring tons of different illnesses to this side of the mountains and get everyone who lives here sick with the stuff they've picked up.
