I KNOW WHY MY COMPUTER REFUSED TO BOOT

The f9 diagnostics test said my desktop computer's HDD was perfectly fine, so I took it out and put it in an enclosure to check it to try and extract data from what was inside. Everything was still intact so I was pretty damn convinced it was okay.

I tried configuring it to boot from unetbootin and I realised the boot order had been set to 'CD' first. For whatever reason it was trying to boot from the Kaspersky internet security CD ...

How do I go about doing this? Since I obviously can't run SAI on my school without administrator permissions, I looked a bit more and found apparently the cause of the issue is that SAI runs a scan at start up to determine if existing versions have been installed.

Preventing this scan will cause it to exit (I think due to failed checksum), so I was wondering about two alternatives:
1. redirect the scan to another one of my drives, rather than the computer's internal drive, or ...

Does anyone know how I can run paint tool SAI and an Intuos 3 Wacom tablet driver on a computer that I do not have administrator privileges on? I need to work on my drawings during the enormous breaks while I'm in school, but unfortunately it seems Paint tool SAI needs to scan every computer it's used on at least once to confirm if earlier versions or plugins were installed, so I can't use it without admin rights.

Is there any way to make SAI/the drivers work on an external computer ...
