Welllll, this looks like an Elf question. One thing, if on the pill, don't smoke. It increases the risk for blood clots. Also, other than the pill there's: The Shot- Depo shot once every couple of months. Side effects- Splotting (irregular bleeding), weight gain, and mood swings. IDU- Copper rod gets shoved in the uterus. Its painful to have done. Can cause cramps, infection, and one I'd recommend reading more about if considering it. Its not something I'm a fan of. Also, some sex toys aren't recommended for this version because you can die of electrocution. The Implant- Okay, this is really cool. A cylinder of time released birth control is implanted under the skin. Its like taking the pill except you only have it done a couple of times a year. Has same side effects of the pill, and for 20% of those who take it they get the added bonus of no period. Then there's the vaginal ring too. Obviously consult your physician first before going on any sort of contraceptive that isn't condoms. Until you can get on a medical contraceptive, use condoms with spermicide in them.

I wonder how my mom would react if I show her these comments. Or anyone normal for that matter.
Whelp, apart from the usual Beastism you've got the NHS guide and a women's mag guide.
She should go to a doctor. Anyway, if you're bored, this is a pretty typical birth control pill leaflet. Read the whole thing. For the record, my GF had been taking those non-stop for 10+ years without any serious side effects, but it's different for everybody. You can buy these over the counter in most countries. Still, she should go to a doctor. Vag rings are the rage these days, you can have a look at them too. Still, she should definitely go to a doctor.
We are, but I'd still prefer to hear more details than less =/
There's an implied or there. Whatever Asia got, it's better than asking a Type Moon Forum for medical advice. Seriously Apple.

Go to a doctor. Planned Parenthood. Not Internet MD.
http://www.cosmopolitan.com/sex-love...contraception/ Don't just look into one kind of birth control.

Well gee, like I say I dunno what sexual health services are like in ur country :V Over here za pill usually refers to progesterone/oestrogen hormone pill or progesterone only pill. Works and may cause unwanted side effects by changing fertility cycle. ooh, apparently improved rate of effectiveness than way back when were taught about it.

We're both azns and we look perpetually 14 anyway, what does it matter

Execept that she is the one who brought it up on grounds that condoms aren't enough protection
Just go buy some condoms. It'll be easier than whatever scam you're running with your 14 year old girlfriend to get her birth control without telling her parents.
