This brings up the Arondight/Mad Enhancement question. Is this on?
I've heard it both ways for this.
C+ STR seems too low for him.
But it might make sense if his END and AGI are B and B+
On the other hand having 60 END seems overkill. Inno, if you have an opinion put it in the comments, I'm sure everyone would love to hear it.

Sea Goddess Thetis and human hero Peleus's child.

Funny how Thetis is called a sea goddess, when in myth she's just a Nereid. At the same time Philyra, Chiron's Mother an Oceanid is an Elemental.
Could it be that Nasu thinks Nereids are Divine Spirits while Oceanids are not?
Also this Divinity stat as well as Semiramis's help show us what C rank Divinity is. It seems like if one of your parents is a minor god, you get C rank. If one is a major god, you get B. Or you can be Alex. Major God parent but no one knows if it's true.

So personally I think of Achilles as a sane Herc.
Same skills, just doesn't have eye of the mind false and his stat booster is less.
