So, this blades-made-out-of-fabric thing is looking good so far. They even stick out the way I want. The difficulty now is getting them adhered onto something that will stay on my arm without slipping. I have to figure out a setup that will brace across my chest somehow to keep the thing from slipping--which was the major problem I had last year with just the shroud. It's kind of stupid, but the best option looks to be to have pantyhose with one leg cut off so I can loop it over my head or opposite ...

I keep having ideas pop out of my head. And I need to post them. Argh

A big part of thinking about Conception/Zero is also thinking about what I want to write either concurrently or after it. I really don't like to count chickens before they hatch, but it's way too fun to get lost in my head about this stuff even though I'm nowhere close to even writing the end of what would be episode 1. ;>_>

Soooo, like I said there's a fantasy anthology that's doing open calls and they're going to pay $50.00 bucks if accepted. $50.00 bucks for a 10,000 to a 15,000 word story is too good to pass up. So I'm going to try, and even if I fail, it's good practice.

The publisher wants some sort of magical item to have presence in the plot. So I'm going the easy way with a magical (read cursed) sword. Sooo, here's the first page:

Continuing from my rant of nuking the manga with words. And since this was the perfect place to discuss it. Let's begin.

Part 2: Story

I could be wrong. I have not played the game. I only skimmed the images of the MB manga. But I think it's a little inconsistent. I know the Sacchin fans would burn me and Sacchin deserves some screentime but the manga kinda played it wrong. Techncially Sion and Shiki was suppose to fight Nero. But I guess they add Sacchin for sadness/Tear ...
