Where I will be for the next 2 days after getting there yesterday. Parents are involved with Presbyterian Church and conference is going on now. I'm just tagging along and left to my own devices. I never been to Kentucky before, so just wondering if other forum members have. I'll just update here in comments on what I found interesting.

    Heh, I was in Louisville the other day. We have a few members who live in KY, I'm sure one or two will show up sooner or later to weigh in.

    Dammit, Spin, I told you we live right on the other side of the river in Southern Indiana. We could at least have gotten a bite to eat or something.

    Anyway, LJ3, what are you looking for. The one thing Louisville has is original restaurants. I suggest going to Bardstown road and just walking up and down it.

    I was mostly around the 4th Street Live area yesterday; they had a motorcycle event with live music. And you're right, restaurants are just everywhere. I also walked around and found where the Waterfront Park and West Main District are. So I guess I 'll be going there today.

    Why didn't you tell us, you ass? We live right across the river in Southern Indiana!

    But yes, Bardstown Road is a must, and go to the Irish Rover on Frankfort Ave. It is freaking amazing.

    I hear at first Petri's parents were furious and cast Swedish black magic at him, but after Petri protected I3uster they agreed to let the two continue dating.

    Well, my Louisville trip is at an end. Didn't go to Bardstown, mostly 4th street for dining. A lot of walking around in the wrong direction like a dumb ass so there's that . I guess highlight was the Frazier History Museum, with their Mythological Creatures and Royal Armouries exhibit.
