Need some explanation for this.

Requiem is set in a timeline where everyone in Mosaic City has a mini-Grail inside their heart, which allows each citizen to summon a Servant and replenish their Command Spells on the regular. It still hasn't been explained how that happened and why magecraft still works after becoming public knowledge.

What we do know about Requiem's world is
