i've just taken to making entire soup pots of tea and throwing them in the fridge after they cool. Right now... iced pu-er is in my cup.
If you're drinking that much caffeine, that's probably why you have a headache.
I just started drinking it! Also, what makes you think I'd drink the whole pot at once? :-/
