Winter makes me feel the same way, but I think it's just cold in general, and the dreariness of the usual winter sky. ;w;

Winter makes me feel like a lazy bastard... Mostly because I feel way too comfortable and warm in bed to go out and do something :3

Winter is the best season because you can protect yourself from the cold and stuff. Now summer, and therefore hot weather, on the other hand... ugh.

You can only protect yourself from the cold if it is actually cold, though. Winter has forsaken me this year.

You don't get a right to complain about cold unless you live in Canada, or a state that directly borders it (with the exception of the west coast). For example, during my usual winters, I can enjoy daytime highs of around 20F during late January-early February, and overnight lows in the single digits. Windchills often make it feel like single digits in the day, and subzero at night. Occasionally, the temperatures actually *ARE* subzero, and I distinctly remember more than a few years where windchills dropped below -40F, and even -50F once.

Though this winter has been so mild, Lake Erie never froze over; that's only happened about five times in the last sixty years (and four of those six were within the last fifteen or so). We've had a staggeringly low amount of snow this year, which is good, as it means it won't partially melt then refreeze into ice every night.

And on the bright side, you've got maybe another month until it goes from "cold" to "crisp" and a month after that it'll go from "crisp" to "nice".

For me, give me 50-75F and a good breeze and I'm happy as a clam.

And it used to be as cold as you described, but winter aaaaargh why did we skip winter this year.
Yeah, 50 degrees sounds nice.

Then you're complaining about a winter that wasn't even there.

Well, that's why the "even though there's no snow" part was there, right?
