If so, this is the place for you, thanks to one of our historic shellackings!
Long story short, they said this storm would be bad even as early as last weekend. I remember going to my supervisor on work Monday, and asking her on what conditions I should be considered to stay home.
Her response? "I don't see what people are getting all bent up over, nothing's going to happen."
Nothing. Right.
Absolutely nothing.
Not a thing would happen at all.
The snow would certainly not come up to my chest. Nope.
The snow wouldn't even be near half as tall as my 6'3"/190cm height. Not a chance.
There definitely wouldn't be people trying to trudge through an unplowed street. Certainly not.
...Well, shit, they did try. Guess we'd better call in the fucking bulldozers.
After all, they're the only things that could shovel up that shit.
Here's the front porch (or at least, was at the time). We've dug out a bit more since these were taken.
...Did I mention that it's tall enough to make even bulldozers look tiny?
And finally... token doge tax. Because this ain't Imgur and I don't have a cat.
