Horizon of Strange Stars: Cosmic Dump

Hey it's me, Desdinova. I felt super inspired while working on Horizon Gate 4 so I decided to put some ideas for the setting onto paper. A little look into the Divine Oracle Metropolis while I figure out how to make a murder mystery work in a place that focuses on prediction of the future as its main area of research.

These oracle towers are monitoring devices that record all sorts of information for students and teachers to access when they want to run calculations and make predictions. They're scattered throughout the academy in various places. I imagine this Horizon Gate as a little more sci-fi, even more so than Neo Indus which still had spirits possessing all the "automated" machinery.

And here we have some short, summarized profiles for the last remaining members of Elysium Lou Rgisgaia and the mysterious Spirit Origin expert "Zazari" or as of this morning Zanze Ruri Nezhuar. I wanted to keep his appearance in silhouette form for now, for dramatic effect. As for Lou... oh boy. I've figured his general vibe, but given how little we have on the Wandering Sea and the few examples of members there are (as far as I'm aware), balancing Lou and figuring out just why he was recruited by them is my toughest challenge with him. Not that I'm complaining.
