Statting my third SoraOto character which happens to be another of my favorite :3 And yes, Nymph has IMBAHAAAAAAAAX abilities. Even Gil would be wise not to underestimate her.

Electronic Warfare-class Angeloid Designation-Beta, and The Ear of Synapse.
Nymph was created in the waning days of The Age of Gods, alongside Ikaros and Astraea as the three ultimate weapons of a race of winged humanoids dwelling in the Floating Isles of Synapse. As an angeloid, she does not have the prowess in battle as her siblings, but her creator Daidalos instead focused her abilities in information and electronic warfare. As a result, she is exceedingly powerful in what she does, manipulating even the fabric of reality with minimal effort... a physical achievement bordering on True Magic. However, as there was no enemies of Synapse has attained (or likely to attain) the technology tier needing counter by Nymph, Synapse's high council saw it fit to just send her into storage as a redundant effort. Little had they know, that sending her to the surface to go after and neutralize Ikaros was a great folly...

* Territory Creation EX
(Caster-specific class skill)
This skill reflects the ability to build a special terrain that is advantageous to oneself as a magus. Nymph's ability to bend reality sends this skill off the charts, as she can theoretically create leylines and other advantageous geographical topography for a magus' Temple-class workshop from wholecloth. Even Zelretch would have been impressed.

* Item Creation EX
(Caster-specific class skill)
This skill reflects the expertise to manufacture magical items. At this rank, Nymph is not only capable of making healing potions that grant limited immortality, but she is also able to craft items that sculpt the reality around it.

* Presence Concealment B+++
(Assassin-specific class skill)
This skill reflects the capacity to hide one's presence as a Servant. With this skill, Nymph can appear as an ordinary human being even right in front of another Servant, so long that she does not invoke any Noble Phantasm. With her Aphrodite, this skill can be boosted even higher.


Personal skills:

* Presence Detection EX
Nymph's advanced sensor arrays are capable of detecting anything from other Servants to water sources across a huge area, and it can cover an entire prefecture if she wills it. She is nearly impossible to ambush.

* Fundamental Particle Hacking System "Aphrodite" EX
Nymph's ace ability. As an innate ability, Nymph can weave the fabric of reality to create various kinds of wondrous effects, and can even be used to create items out of thin air. Its power borders on True Magic, though creating something ludicrous (a fully-furnished mountain fortress out of pure prana, for instance) would take an equally ludicrous amount of effort. However, the application of this ability involves a great amount of prana; Not even a strong Servant's body is strong enough to act as a prana conduit for large applications, much less Nymph's frail one. There are also limitations imposed upon by the Grail, but where they lie is not exactly clear.


Noble Phantasms:

* Static Wing Core, Stealth Version [Shimmering Precious Mirage]

A small (no more than a 80 centimeters at its widest), translucent wing seemingly made of thin silk; It waves and shimmers to the wind like a fairy's appendage. This wing enables Nymph to fly, although its speed is limited to about Mach 2. It is improved from a 'typical' static wing core with cloaking devices that enable it to disappear or look like something else. This NP is also the main focus of Nymph's abilities, and should it be destroyed Nymph's stats and skills will take a nosedive until it can be repaired. Repairing this NP can be done by way of Aphrodite, but it takes at least 5 days to restore basic functionality and more time is needed to restore full function.

A great shriek that rends the molecular bond of whatever it touches. This powerful NP causes damage by photonic oscillation applied directly to the molecular structure of materials, so its damage is nigh impossible to resist. Against energy (including traced weapons), its effect is diminished but still capable of some sort of countermeasure. The main drawback of this attack is it puts tremendous strain both on Nymph's prana reserves and her body, so it cannot be used often.

Can only be invoked if Nymph is summoned into the Assassin class
Nymph creates a gate that enables a few 'travelers' to physically access target's subconscious. Inside there, the traveler could glean valuable information but they could not alter anything; they can not alter the target's memories nor can they take something out. Nymph cannot access this gate herself and must guard it from the outside to maintain its stability, thus her Master (or his/her underlings) must cooperate with her; the travelers can communicate with Nymph, her Master (if s/he does not participate as a traveler) and each other perfectly. Should the gate be terminated prematurely, the travelers will be shunted out and be teleported back to where Nymph started the gate; they will also suffer from disorientation for up to 15 minutes.

See how much HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAX Nymph is? She mastered reality-warping enough to use it as a Skill (a la Kojiro's Tsubamegaeshi). She has so many EXs in the statblock that it's not even funny anymore. But what can i say? She hacks reality for a living. She actually is weak when the Harpies tore off her wing way back in SoraOto S1, with her realityhax limited to giving relatively subtle buffs and manipulations. Contrast the end of forte, where Nymph can physically evolve Chrysaor and Aegis-L when her wing is regenerated.
