Second-generation Angeloid Type-Epsilon, and one of the gravest threat of humanity.
Seeing that the Synapse Three has all fallen to the hands of their enemy, the Master of Synapse saw it fit to start the development of a new line of combat angeloids. Their first product was Chaos, a dangerous child armed with some of the more advanced weaponry borne in the intervening time from the Age of Gods and present day. Capricious, strong, and childishly mad, Chaos proved a dangerous foe both to friends and adversaries. Don't let that innocent-looking smile fool you...

Class Skills:

(Berserker-specific class skill)
This skill raises basic parameters in exchange of hindering mental capacities. In some cases, also seals away some Personal Skills. At this rank, it gives a boost for all physical parameters (represented by a + mark), but in exchange Chaos' mental processes are severely skewed. While Chaos is not 'mad' in a classic sense, she possesses the mentality of a grade schooler plus a definitely-unhealthy obsession to 'love', making her fly into uncontrollable cackling rampages. However, it is unclear if this mindset is an effect of Mad Enhancement or simply Chaos' natural disposition.


Personal skills:

* Self-Modification D
This skill reflects the aptitude to merge one's own flesh with body parts of others. The higher the ranking in this skill, the further away one is from being a proper hero. While Chaos can't 'fuse' her flesh to another's per se (having none at the first place), she has built a formidable 'wing' out of a material which composition is all but unknown at the present time. The special materials in this 'wing' greedily soak up prana from the surroundings, which then can be released as devastating fireballs and energy beams; this prana, however, cannot be funneled to Chaos. This 'wing' can also manipulate gravity in a much more minor scale, giving Chaos the ability to effortlessly fly and swim. It can also be used as a combat appendage, giving Chaos significant reach. Manipulating this 'appendage' is subconscious and is not hindered by Mad Enhancement.

* Mental Pollution A
This skill makes it highly possible to shut out any mental interference Thaumaturgy, due possessing a distorted mentality. However, at the same time it becomes impossible to come to an understanding with individuals that do not possess an equivalent rank of mental pollution. At this rank, Chaos can corrode the psyche of people around her to introduce a variety of effects: she can, for instance, make herself look like someone dear to the viewer. This ability can be resisted, but it takes a strong person (or Servant) to do so.


Noble Phantasms:

Chaos' only Noble Phantasm, and it is always active (meaning, Chaos' prana drain is more than a 'typical' Berserker). When she kills a Servant, Chaos can do the following:
* Claim the use of one of the Noble Phantasm her victim has; the NP must not have a rank exceeding Pandora System's rank and the prana cost of activating said NP is doubled. Only two NPs can be 'copied' this way, and it is not interchangeable (if Chaos assimilates a new one, the discarded one will be lost). NPs requiring clarity, intense focus, or fine motor control might not be able to be copied.
* Claim the use of one of the Personal Skill her victim has; again, the skill must not have a rank exceeding Pandora System's rank. Skills requiring clarity, intense focus, or fine motor control might not be able to be copied.
* Improving her own stats by one '+' mark, to the maximum of B+++ (five + marks is equal to one rank-up); any '+' mark gained through this method is active while Pandora System is active.
The use of this skill is obviously limited by the number of Servants participating in the Holy Grail War, which is six.

Hooo yeah. I can almost hear the 'IMBAAAA!' cries. Also, not sure of Mental Pollution, might swap it for something else.

Also, i'd imagine Uryuu and Ilya as the master. Uryuu/Chaos = UNLIMITED MURDER WORKS while Ilya/Chaos will be a repeat performance of Hansel/Gretel from Black Lagoon.
