I've been having this idea of a 'fic that is similar to all of the other "BL fics" but with the one difference being that it is based on tactical RPGs like Fire Emblem. Different forumites would be characters with different classes (picked from among the Fire Emblem classes).

My only problems:

1. I have no idea for a story (I was thinking either the typical "Tyrannical Mods/Admins" or something amounting to BL and DSOTM being different countries waging war with each other)

2. Related to the above, no idea who would be my "Lord" character. Me would be both stupid and unrealistic. Obvious picks would be people like Spinach or Lianru. Or maybe I should have multiple "Lords"?

    Fund it. Consult with people much better suited to solving your queries, and go for it, sounds like it could be hella entertaining.

    Do the opposite. Make the Admin/Mod team your hero characters with Darples or Evospace or something as your Lord. Have them be supported by old BL members that were active on the old forum. Make the newbies all the bad guys. Have the old team attempting to ward off all the redundant information, fanon, and potential ignorance that comes with bunches of new people that often only have animu as their source.

    Crap - that means that I probably count as a bad guy!

    . . . Seriously, though, this sounds like fun.

    If you do this I call dibs on being the Myrmidon/Swordmaster.

    This does seem like a cool idea, I would say make all the admins Lords and the Mods their trained knights/cavaliers (turn Leo into a Jagen) after that just pick some popular forumites and have them be the local warriors/thieves/healers/mages that the royals pick up on their noble quest to rid the forums from the evil, warfaring trolls that come in intent on destroying the prosperous lands of the forum............... And claim the Fire Emblem......................................And kill Mark.

I guess I could be the Jessie in the game's Team Rocket Trio equivalent? And KAIZA could be the James equivalent? ...Do any of the Fire Emblem games even have comedy relief Midbosses? And I'd rather have a red name personally, but I suppose the purple fits better thematically. :P

    Joking aside though, I could get behind this if this actually becomes a game- I love the hell outta SRPGs~ :3

    ...Hmm, yeah, wankery is definitely a possibility. ^^" Probably putting some form of restriction out to prevent that from happening would be a good idea.
