New ebook out! Again!

Yeah, I'm still writing and publishing my own electronic books, and this new one is a little different.

For one, it's free. Absolutely free. No charge. Even if you don't have an account at Smashwords, you can still download it to read it. In fact, you don't even have to download it, you can read it right off the site if you want to!

Two, this time, I actually hired an artist site to draw my cover. Now, I'll admit, it's not a million dollar cover. But, for the money I spent, it was well worth it. I even daresay the cover of my new book looks better than the covers of some "professional" books in the supermarket! (Though only some; at least half of them had really shiny covers. It says something when the cover image can advertise better than the blurb on the back.)

Three, this book is longer than my first two ebooks. Combined. It's not super long (about 19,000 words), but it's definitely more ambitious in scope than my short stories. Oh yeah, this isn't connected to those short stories either; no continuity remembrance required!

Four, it's part of a series. It's why it's free, because parts 2 and 3 (may do a part 4, not sure yet) won't be once I finish those. This is like the trial build of a video game, sample the beginning, and if you like it, stick around for the conclusion! At least, that's my plan.

But enough advertising. Here's the link for part one of The Conflict For Tomorrow.

Yeah, didn't think I could write a sci-fi action thriller, didn't you? I know, this website caters to fans of urban fantasy mostly. I do wanna do a long-running urban fantasy series someday, I even have written (very rough and short) drafts for that idea in my head, but right now, my heart's set on this. This has been six years in the making, and while I only started actually writing it two years ago, I'm happy to see that spark in my head finally come out to the world.
