Multi-month hiatus aside, writing Conception/Zero has been pretty chill so far. I rationalize it in my head with the thought that I've merely been writing an extended prologue to the War itself, and all the insanity that will bring forth. All my grand ideas of true character motivations, the real fruits of the crossover of Fate/Zero with Shin Megami Tensei, and the crazy twists that I wonder if people can see coming from a mile away, it's all gonna start laying out.

Two Servants and One Master have changed from the original Fate/Zero setting.

Multiple characters are at a different place in their hearts and minds than they were in the original story.

The true repercussions of Cypher's actions have yet to come to light, nor have the roots of the Messian Order's machinations.

One more chapter, then the remaining Servants are summoned, and a Fourth Holy Grail War like none other will commense.
