Been noticing a rather large influx of couples starting on here lately, apparently shit-talking Nasu is the best kind of romance?

But in all seriousness I would like to give all the little couples here a fair bit of warning about not being too hasty jumping into animu porn LDR. Meeting up with people/friends on here is fun, and if you actually find a connection, that's great.

BUT, and a big BUT if you're just of the mentality that "oh i want a boyfriend/girlfriend" I'd look elsewhere.
I'm not just saying that given the circumstances (still trying to craft a good lie so I don't have to tell my family I met my SO of 3+ years on an anime porn forum), but really, LDRs are seriously murder.
If you just want a relationship I WOULD NOT recommend attempting one, AT ALL.

Now again, if you've found someone you really like, give it a shot. However, just be ready for all of the difficulty that comes with it. It takes A LOT of effort to keep an LDR up, from both parties. Going in it might not seem that bad, but it escalates pretty fucking quick. And unless you are a robot and don't need human comfort or physical interaction, even if you talk to each other all day, every day its still going to get pretty fucking miserable.
Although it doesn't have to be quite as bad if you BOTH put in the effort.

But yeah, just keep in mind if you're trying for a real relationship its not going to be all sunshine and kittens.
If you're just in it for a fake "ha ha we're a 'couple' " one, then by all means just do whatever the hell you feel like.
