The Dark Side of the Moon (Kieran's Works)

One week later . . .

Rate this Entry
So - it's been a week since I announced a hiatus of "Trinity" in order to focus on my original projects. And what, exactly, have I accomplished?

I finished one chapter of a serial - just one, instead of the two or three (or four) I was hoping for. And not the one that I intended to work on when I took the break . . . Though, granted, it is finished, which is an improvement over the prior state.

Am I happy? Not really. Satisfied? Not as much as I was hoping to be. Therefore, will I be taking that second week that I mentioned was a possibility? Probably.

Once again, sorry for the delay.

If this wasn't basically all brain work, I'd agree.

Take a break and go see "Pacific Rim". That would be the best suggestion.

If I do that, I'll start writing that giant robot novel again - and I already have enough ideas on my plate.

You owe it to yourself to see this movie. Let Hollywood know that there is a market for original properties and ideas in movies!

And before you say your ticket doesn't count, yes, yes it does!

And give them another property with which to make sequels?

I'll take it under advisement - but with the weather this week, movies aren't really on my agenda (33 Celsius with a humidex of 40 . . . *shudder*).

Yes, air conditioning is a blessing.

If you don't see it in the theaters, they're going to revoke your Nerd Card.
