Japanese Tonkatsu and Monster Hunter 4 (and my late summer vacation).

Got up at 7:00 a.m. and wait 9:30 a.m. My wife and I went Japanese fast food restaurant called "やよい軒"(Yayoi-ken).　We were took Japanese Tonkatsu(Hirekatsu) set, that was included Tonkatsu, Fresh salad, Tofu, Soy-Soup and White rice.

Cost was only 780 JPY. Additional White rice and Japanese tea were free.
Then we moved to Sofmap, famaous Japanese Game shop because today is special day.
We've got Monster Hunter 4 plus guide book at first day.

I'm sorry it looks like this is a my last update of this blog because I should play this game from now to until September 23 (Natonal Holiday in Japan) of my late summer vacation.

    Just 1 day passed. My impression of MH4 is good. I played MH2GP by PSP, MH3P by PSP and MH3G by 3DS and back to MHP and retired MHP was too much unseful game system. I recommend to play MH4 if you have 3DS. It is more better to use 3DS LL because Graphic is pretty much improved, you will enjoy more.

    Speaking of Monster Hunter, what do you think of God Eater? Since they are relatively similar

    God Eater kind of sucks. Story is really bland and filled with anime tropes and gameplay gets really repetitive really fast.

    My wife and I played God Eater and God Eater Burst, that was great. Bullet customizing system was amazing. Gun is no recoil so we were looks like "Sniper with ray gun". My wife said "My MH's Bowgun ability improved by God Eater series". I agree with her because MH's bowgun has big recoil depends on guns. We are waiting God Eater 2 at next November but we believe we will not finished MH4 until that release day (^^;.

    Just really sad that we outside of japan didnt get all the DLC as the japanese.... Especially since we are missing out on the Accelerator outfit and stuff...

    Root cause is Japanese Anime/Game/Manga company do not think about English localization. They are stupid because they don't know how many western people want their contents. If TPP will be activated, their stupid thinking will possibility change, but TPP also will be a big damage at doujin community/industry.

    Yes, unless they hold the rights and specifically say "I want to allow doujinshi of my work," then it could be bad news.

    The alternative would be to do what I'd like to do... start up original English language ones and make that one of the very clear terms - that I'll allow derivatives/parodies to a point (though the problem then, of course, is that someone would need to translate it into Japanese, and any other languages necessary).

    Obviously I want nobody taking my stuff, expanding/extending it, and making tons of money with it without my knowledge and a bit of the profit, but someone making a fanbook isn't exactly stuff I'd want to stomp all over. And if it's to be totally free and not-for-profit at all, then really I'd have no problems with it at all.
