Before leaving from my Blog entry in BL. I would like to share what I did.
Long long ago, I worked in part time at Japanese Play-By-Mail(PBM)/Table talk Role Playing Game (TRPG) company as just a game master. This company's final objective is publish TRPG for Japanese TRPG market. However, main income was came from PBM. My game master's work was recieve and read 20-60 playe's action at this month, I wrote pseudo-novel (because Plots/Scenerio, Non player character's setting/Machines setting were my original, but player character's behavior was decided by player. It means like a visual novel with multi-player version, I don't know such VN is there or not there). I worked 3years by for cheap cheap money but that was good experience how to write novel. Finally, that company could published a TRPG for Japanese market (left side photo) and sold result was fail. Published mastering results for player was so-so(right side in photo) and monthly subscription fee was good. However, by an executive of low caliber, income would decrease year by year, then this company was bankrupt completely. I was not surprised because my friend was leader of account of this company and I warn him with one book that was easy to calculate your company is OK or not OK at finantial condition. He said to me, "Should I do it now?" It means he would not like such calculation. My answer was "No,no, but I recommend you should it in near future". My estimation, he never done. Oneday, I got a short message at my mobile phone from him, he said "My company was bankrupt". I think "hey, I already warn you at least 2 years ago!", but I sent him "It was sad news but you should do your best". All of them passed, just only published objects are keeping by pesonal level.

Ah, play by mail. The internet has realistically killed that market off pretty much completely.

Now survived company changed to Play-By-E-mail/Play-By-Web, and selling moe-illustration for player. In addition, Metor HOSHIZORA workd a competitor PBM company "遊演体"(Yu-en-tai). So I knew his name but I was already retired. I'm very surprised he is working at Type-Moon.
