I picked up Disgaea 3 recently on a whim. In my most recent mission, I had to fight a demonic school board at the side of a loli and her force of juvenile delinquent ninjas, and the school's Home Ec teacher, who is a master of the Fire Chaos Style Kitchen Fist, the most passionate and deadly of all cooking martial arts.

I really have nothing meaningful to say about that. I mostly just needed to type it out to see if it made more sense when written than when in my head.

    Oh, just you wait. The awesomeness gets better.

    What version you playing, PS3 or PS Vita? Vita would've been the better buy due to it having all the DLC of the PS3 version (plus some extra stuff) all built-in.

    It's difficult to explain Disgaea stuff. I hear you, that's something to try directly.

    It makes perfect sense... or maybe it's because I've played these games too much.

    Also, my only complaint with the Disgaea games is the amount of DLC. Dear god, I was looking at the stuff for Four since I just finished the story and so much. I think I would pay more for all the DLC then I did for the actual game itself.

    You would. I think it'd be about a hundred bucks to get it all.

    (And sadly, unlike Disgaea 3, Nippon Ichi isn't doing some kind of "get it all" package for fifty bucks.)

    My copy of Disgaea D2 is on the way... should be here by Friday.

    Always wait for the Vita Version. It has all of the DLC and more!

    It's usually a bit behind, though. For example, there's no Vita version of Disgaea 4 yet.

    Hopefully there will be now that D2 is out.

    It's already announced for next year? Well in Japan but it should not take NISA long to bring it.

    That so? Guess I'll hold off from playing the PS3 version I got then, because it'd literally be cheaper to buy it for my Vita than to shell out $100 for all the PS4 DLC.
