善の魔女・ロゲスティラがアストルフォに与え、ハルピュイアの大群を追い払うのに使用された。
通常時は腰に下げられるサイズだが、使用時はアストルフォを囲うほどの大きさになる。

A hunting horn that fires a magical sound similar to the roar of a dragon and the neighing of a divine horse.
Existences present inside the range are slammed by the force of the explosion of sound.
In the situation that the target's HP is less than the damage, it becomes dust scattered in the cardinal directions.
Granted to Astolfo by the good witch Logestila it was used by Astolfo to drive away a large flock of Harpies.
Most of the time it can be hung at the hip. When using it is big enough to encircle Astolfo.

I must say it has a very good range for a horn. It's range is better than Via Expugnatio and Bellerophon.
However, does anyone know what a 神馬 really is? It is like a special mythical animal, or literally just a horse that's divine. And why the hell should it sound like a dragon?

…が、アストルフォはその真名を完全に忘却している。魔術万能攻略書も、という名も、適当につけた名である 。

Inherited from a certain witch. A book with the records of the means to shatter any magecraft. The one who owns it can automatically chance A rank magecraft and below. In addition to Reality Marbles, as far as things extremely close to High-Thaumaturgy are concerned, one must release the book's true name and read the book before they become possible to break.

But Astolfo completely forgot the true name. It is called All-purpose Magecraft Capture Book. It is a suitably attached name.

So a really really great Noble Phantasm; only that it's not that great because Astolfo has Evaporation of Common Sense. The range is curious because the other Anti-Unit Self NPs also have - as the range. So does Armor of Fanfir which is just an Anti-unit. However Breaker Gorgon has a Range of 0. Could it be that it used to be zero but now - is all the rage? Also in Zero Anti-Unit Self didn't have a Max Targets but now they do. So yeah, evolution of the Status Screen right there.

Also how does this book happen to have all the magecraft in the world and how to break them? Magecraft is supposed to be the study of the past but it is possible that a new magical foundation is made. Would it retroactively be added in like Gate of Babylon? I guess that good witch must have been legit.
